This website is run by Faith Electric LLC ("we", "us"). This policy says what information the site collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, your phone number, your email address, the town or address the request is about, and the details you write.
When you leave feedback or a rating through this site, we receive your rating and your words.
Like most websites, our host records basic technical details of each visit, such as the IP address, the browser type and the pages requested. We use them to keep the site running and secure.
Please do not put payment card numbers or government ID numbers in a form message.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer you, to follow up on what you asked about, and to keep a record of our dealings with you.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you check a box on one of our forms agreeing to text messages, Faith Electric LLC may text the mobile number you gave about your request: answers to your question, scheduling and appointment reminders. If a form offers a separate box for promotional messages and you check it, we may also text you offers and news.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The providers that deliver our messages handle it only to provide that service to us. All other sharing described in this policy excludes text message opt-in data and consent, which are not shared with any third party.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this site and to deliver messages: a website host, an email delivery service for form notifications and, when you agree to texts, a messaging provider. They may handle your information only to provide those services to us.
We may use a measurement service to count visits and page views. It tells us how the site is used; we do not use it to identify you.
A map, a video or a review link on this site may load from, or open, a service run by another company. What you do there is covered by that company's own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
This site may keep a small amount of information in your browser, for example so a form you started is still there if the page reloads. A measurement service, when one is in use, may set its own cookies. You can clear or block both in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as it is needed to answer you, to serve you and to keep ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop marketing email at any time.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you more rights. Contact us and we will answer as the law requires.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
